Qigong of The Great White Crane with Master Liu He

White Crane Qigong incorporates gentle flowing movements that work to enhance the function of the lungs by focusing on opening and expanding the chest and regulating breathing. “When the lung energy is strong, your body is well nourished and your immune system strengthened.” We practice this Qigong to fortify our body’s natural immunity allowing us to better protect ourselves during the cold and flu season!
Dates: October 17th & 18th, 2015: Saturday 1:30pm-6pm, Sunday 9am-3:30pm
