Ma Wang Dui Qigong with Dr. Liu Dong – Seattle

Ma Wang Dun Qigong is the most primitive method of Taoist health. You will learn to imitate the breathing and movements of seven species of birds in order to regulate the seven internal organs of the human body (five zang-yin organs (liver, lungs, spleen, heart, and kidneys,  plus the brain and gallbladder).
Chinese medicine believes that the brain-dominated emotions lead the body’s five internal organs and the gallbladder leads the decision, which is the root of the emotion.
Th Qigong method’s movements will focus on the supporting the brain and gallbladder to treat the five internal organs and diseases.

Workshop times:

Saturday, 2-6:30pm

Sunday, 9am-3:30pm

All tuition fees once paid are non-refundable, transferable to another workshop/class/retreat for $80 fee.

Whereas when Qigong is properly practiced, it is extremely beneficial and presents minimal risk to one’s health, please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your capabilities or have special health concerns.
