Six Sounds Therapy Qigong with Master Liu He

January 27, 2018 @ 1:30 pm - January 28, 2018 @ 3:30 pm

Six Sounds Therapy is one of the most powerful healing techniques from ancient China and has been further developed in the Liu family for generations. The six sounds vibrate and invigorate the five internal organs and manage the emotions. This method benefits those who experience disease and is also a beneficial healing technique for healers.

As one of the oldest Qigong methods in China, this form brings the mind into powerful harmony with the Qi. Students will learn how to stabilize the five emotions through the sounds and movements of each organ system. It is a good Qigong method for promoting personal health and well-being.

According to the Taoists, emotions are at the root of most diseases. When a person contracts a disease, he may be killed by his emotions before the disease can kill. Excessive emotion can lead to negative thoughts. When the mind is negative, it sends negative information to the body. That’s how diseases develop in the mind and body over time.

The Six Sounds used in Six Sound Therapy, Xu, Ke, Hu, Si, Chui, and Xi, resonate with the organs and have been used for thousands of years to harmonize the internal organs and their spirits with the universe.  When the five organs are vibrated by these sounds, negative emotions are gently released and the qi in the organs that has been tied up in these emotions is restored to a positive state.  We feel brighter and lighter inside and our negative thoughts are replaced by positive thoughts.  This is how emotions heal.
