This powerful Qigong help you strengthening our muscles and tendons which is very beneficial for soft tissue problems, as fibromyalgia.

This practice also boost energy for the spleen and liver. In Chinese medicine, the spleen is the source of the muscles, while the liver is the source of the tendons.

This Qigong has been highly valued by martial art practitioners due to it’s ability to support bringing force to the body. It also is ideal if you lead a sedentary lifestyle or suffer from poor posture and wish to regain bodily strength. It is recommended for athletes and martial artists who want to reach new levels of peak performance.

All tuition fees once paid are non-refundable, transferable to another workshop/class/retreat for $80 fee.
