Winter Yang Sheng

 

Yang Sheng is a vital concept in Chinese medicine. The words translate as nourishing, taking care of life, birth, and vitality. The purpose of Yang Sheng is to maintain health and longevity. This is achieved by good nutrition, qigong, and lifestyle. With qigong you practice forms to harmonize with nature and develop a heart-mind connection.

Qigong for the Seasons is based on the five elements and provides health care throughout the year. Each class consists of qigong movements, nutrition for the season, and lifestyle suggestions.

Winter movements will strengthen your Yang Qi and connect your deep internal reservoirs in order to release your fears.

Join Master Liu He’s class and explore this approach to better health this winter.

All tuition fees once paid are non-refundable, transferable to another workshop/class/retreat for $80 fee.

Whereas when Qigong is properly practiced, it is extremely beneficial and presents minimal risk to one’s health, please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your capabilities or have special health concerns.
