Join Master Liu He for Winter Yang Sheng Qigong for better health.
Yang Sheng is a vital concept in Chinese medicine. It translates to: Nourishing, taking care of life, and vitality. With qigong, you practice forms to harmonize with nature and
develop a heart-mind connection. This is achieved by good nutrition, lifestyle and qigong. Qigong for the Seasons is based on the five elements. This workshop consists of qigong exercise,
nutrition for winter, and lifestyle suggestions.
Winter movements will strengthen your Yang Qi and connect your deep internal reservoirs in order to release your fears. Master Liu He will inspire each individual with her knowledge on how to live a life of harmony and balance with nature and ourselves. Liu He began her qigong training at the age of four and now teaches qigong and healing techniques throughout Europe and the United States. She is co-founder of the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School in Portland and is on the faculty of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
Saturday – 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (Doors open at 2. Class begins promptly at 2:30)
Sunday – 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3:30 p.m.
