Qigong is a Chinese word that means energy cultivation. Over thousands of years the Chinese people have developed different qigong forms to promote physical, mental and spiritual health. Forms combine breath, movement and sound to open and move energy (Qi) through the body’s channels.
Fall is the time to harvest everything, even Qi. Yin Yang Qi Harvest is a powerful qigong method to help you increase lung qi and regulate your immune system. Practicing this qigong will recharge your body’s energy and vitality, especially supporting and protecting you from the cold, damp, fall winds that cause us to catch cold easily. This is also an excellent qigong form for balancing colon health.
